1. Eligibility
 

• The competition is only open to people aged 18+.
   

• Employees of Kasedo Games, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  
   

2. How to Enter
 

• Download the official line drawings from mechanicus40k.com/colouringcompetition.
   

• Choose your side. Colour either Faustinius for team Adeptus Mechanicus or Nefershah for team Necron.
   

• Entries must be submitted digitally via X, Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #MechanicusII or via the Mechanicus Community Discord server in the competition channel before 23:59 GMT on 13th November 2025.
   

• Only one entry per person will be accepted - either Faustinius OR Nefershah.
   

• Multiple submissions will be disqualified.
  
   

3. Entry Requirements
 

• Entries must use the official line drawing asset provided of either Nefershah or Faustinius.
   

• Any medium may be used (e.g. crayons, pencils, digital colouring, markers) unless otherwise stated.
   

• No additions or edits to the line art is permitted, however you may recolour the lines.
   

• Scans and photographs of physical medium entries must be clear enough to judge.
   

• Submissions must be original work created by the entrant.
   

• Submissions thought to be created or assisted by AI (Artificial Intelligence) will be disqualified.
   

• Offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarised entries will not be accepted.
  
   

4. Judging
 

• Entries will be shortlisted by Kasedo Games.
   

• Shortlisted entries will be judged by Mechanicus Community Discord vote.
   

• Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and overall presentation.
   

• The shortlisting and community judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
   

5. Prizes
 

• There will be two main prize winners - One Faustinius entry and one Nefershah Entry.
   

• The Faustinus winner will receive:

  • Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II - Deluxe Edition (Digital Steam Key)

  • Over £500 worth of Adeptus Mechanicus Warhammer model sets.

  • Scarab Plushie

  • Name included in the credits of Warhammer 40,000, Mechanicus II. The submitted credit must be approved by Kasedo Games.
     

• The Nefershah winner will receive:

  • Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II - Deluxe Edition (Digital Steam Key)

  • Over £500 worth of Necron Warhammer model sets.

  • Scarab Plushie

  • Name included in the credits of Warhammer 40,000, Mechanicus II. The submitted credit must be approved by Kasedo Games.
     

• Eight Runners-up (four Faustinius & four Nefershah entrants will receive: 

  • Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II - Deluxe Edition (Digital Steam Key)

  • Name & artwork included in the credits of Warhammer 40,000, Mechanicus II.
    
     

• Prizes are non-transferable and winners will only receive the designated prizes for their category (Faustinus/Nefershah).
   

• No cash alternative will be offered.
   

• Winners will be contacted by social media or direct message within 20 days of the competition closing.
   

• To receive their prize, winners must provide a valid postal address within 30 days of notification. Failure to provide a postal address within this time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   

• Postal addresses will be used solely for the purpose of prize delivery and will not be stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.
   

• All reasonable shipping costs associated with delivering prizes will be covered by the Organiser. Where applicable, the Organiser will also cover standard customs duties and taxes required to deliver the prize to the winner’s provided postal address. The Organiser is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs authorities.
  
   

6. Intellectual Property & Usage
 

• By entering, participants grant Kasedo Games the right to use, reproduce, and display their submission in connection with the competition (e.g. on websites, social media, and promotional materials).
   

• Entrants retain ownership of their artwork.
  
   

7. Data Protection
 

• Personal information collected will only be used for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
   

8. General
 

• Kasedo Games reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
   

• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
